Event Requests
Thank you for your interest in requesting the USF Ambassadors! The purpose of our team is to provide the "student touch" at university events. Ambassadors are known for engaging with guests to initiate positive dialogue about developments in the USF campus community. Additionally, we assist event coordinators in tasks such as helping with registration, welcoming guests, and introducing guest speakers.
Please be aware that Ambassador availability may be limited during the first week of classes and finals week each semester, as students have adjusted schedules during these times.
Our team’s role in events do not consist of providing services for laborious event set-up or helping to direct traffic/guest parking. If you have any questions or ideas about tasking us for your events, please email ua-spirit@usf.edu. The USF Ambassadors love to engage in unique campus activities and events!
